**Job Description**:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting in different stage of events management.
- Assist in proposals, research and presentations.
- Pre-event planning and coordinating
- Vendor management and resources allocation for events
- Onsite facilitation, execution and operations
- Involved in setup of physical event, virtual event and hybrid event.

Learning Outcomes and Objectives
- Hands-on experience in events industry.
- Exposure to different aspects that contribute to organising a successful event.
- Learn different aspects to of traditional physical (onsite) events, as well as post-modern hybrid / virtual events.
- Get a view of “behind the scenes “ when delivering an event.
- Gain Leadership Skills
- Time and Project Management
- Presentation skills
- Broadens perspectives to different industries across the market, as our clientele spread across various industries.
- Understanding and performing vendor management and site operations

**Requirements**:
