Working hour: 5 days work week (0800-1730 or 0830-1800)

Job Responsibilities:

- Report to Head of Sales & Project Marketing department on the status of all sales & marketing activities and

project progress
- Support and assist in all sales and marketing initiatives, seminar/ technical training workshops, marketing

literature and materials, PR events and etc
- Provide administrative support to the project team (process new project submission, coordinate and process

payment, issuance of letter and quotation, delivery schedule etc)
- Coordinating sales and logistic support to customers for new and existing projects pipelines

design and gas products technical specification
- Document and keep proper record of all correspondence and interation with clients
- Data processing
- Update and maintain project database
- Monitor and track property developer land bank and project pipeline
- Manage progressive payment upon delivery and track schedule
- Maintain and/or develop statistics for reporting to track business development strategy
- Develop standardised forms, letters and reports by integrating with a centralised database using Microsoft Excel

or other suited tools
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

- Able to work independently
- Self motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good planning, organising and high adaptability to changes
- Strong working skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in sales support, administrative or operations role
- Fresh graduates with Diploma are welcome to apply
