**Description of Key Job Duties**:
1. Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.

2. Employee Management:

- Implement and oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Develop and manage employee retention strategies to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing resolutions.
- Administer performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

3. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the HR department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and control expenses related to recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.

4. High-Level Management Collaboration:

- Work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making processes by providing HR expertise.

5. Administrative Tasks:

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including record-keeping, document management, and HRIS utilization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.

**Skills Requirement**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related discipline.
- Having HRBP/HR Manager/TA work experience in the Solar energy industry is a Plus.
- Demonstrate a business centric mindset with curiosity and to leverage sound judgement skills to make decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the temperament and skills to build strong relationships founded on solid trust and mutual respect and to be adept at influencing both business leaders and broader HR team.
- Exercises good judgment and is resourceful, able to deal effectively with a variety of challenging situations.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English & Chinese, in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties.
