**Responsibilities**:
**1. Device Management**
- Develops standard configurations and comprehensive documentation for mobile devices, desktops, and peripherals
- Creates clear installation and configuration procedures
- Implements system configuration changes promptly based on requests
- Develops effective maintenance procedures
- Trains EUC field support specialists and service desk engineers, enabling them to handle operations and resolve issues efficiently
- Provides installation and troubleshooting backup to user support specialists and helpdesk analyst
- Collaborates with service providers to address failures and resolve discrepancies
- Acts as the interface between Seatrium and technology providers, ensuring smooth software integration

**2. Software Environment Management**
- Maintains the desktop/mobile/peripheral software environment
- Manages software inventory meticulously
- Ensures strict software license compliance
- Evaluates software suitability within Seatrium’s server and network environments

**3. Security and Controls**
- Configures and manages robust security controls for devices
- Proactively addresses reported software vulnerabilities
- Handles security and software updates promptly
- Manages spam/anti-virus software updates effectively

**4. Performance Monitoring and Support**
- Monitors the performance of desktop/mobile/peripheral devices
- Collaborates closely with field support engineers to optimize operating platforms for Seatrium’s system
- Executes maintenance, backup, and recovery tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in system configuration and administration
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies
- Proficient in configuring and administering desktops and servers
- Strong documentation skillsExcellent team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
