**Job Summary**:
Responsible for providing administrative support for Facilities Management, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Business Continuity Planning (BCP) related matters to ensure smooth operations for the organization.

**Principal Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to Operations and Facilities Management Department for Facilities, BCP, WSH and department related matters.
- Coordinate and maintain Bukit Merah Office facilities and operations.
- Source and renew TOUCH facilities maintenance contracts, approved vendor list.
- Source and renew insurance for TOUCH.
- Process Bukit Merah Office, postage, photocopy, office rental, utilities billing.
- Attend and manage TOUCH mainline.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma holder.
- At least three years of experience in facility management, project, stakeholder, and budget management
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
