We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled **Kitchen Crew Member**to join our team and bring our culinary vision to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **soba noodles**and other authentic Japanese dishes
- Assist with food preparation, mise en place, and kitchen organization
- Cook and plate dishes with consistency, following **restaurant recipes and presentation standards**:

- Ensure all ingredients and dishes meet **strict freshness, quality, and taste standards**:

- Manage inventory levels for assigned sections and **communicate restocking needs**to the head chef
- Maintain proper ingredient storage, ensuring everything is fresh and readily available
- Uphold **hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations**, keeping the kitchen clean and organized

**Requirements**:

- **At least 1 year**of experience in an F&B kitchen
- Experience in **Japanese cuisine is a plus**, but not required
- A team player who thrives in a **fast-paced**and **collaborative**environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for **maintaining top-tier cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality
