**Responsibilities**:
**Service Crew**
- To greet guest upon arrival and ensure greeting customer in a polite and friendly manner when they walk in and out of the restaurant.
- Ensure product knowledge is understood and applied
- Provide menu recommendations appropriately to guests
- Ensure that customers do not damage restaurant properties.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.
- Work closely with other service crew and the kitchen to ensure that the restaurant is operated efficiently.
- Setting of tables and taking orders in the restaurant
- Assist in packing food when meal-counter staffs are not present or busy.
- Check on customers and their meals
- Handle basic customer complaints
- Ensure that food and beverage orders are arrived in a timely manner
- Establish good rapport with guest to build guest loyalty
- Adhere to personal & food safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and the hygiene of the restaurant
- Maintain the stock service areas with supplies such as condiments and tableware’s
- Assist in Packing food orders in Kitchen for both dine in, online & takeaway orders
- Restaurant opening & closing on time.
- Switching on-off lights & equipment
- Assist in clearing tables, sweeping, mopping etc. (if needed)
- Perform any other duties assigned by Manager

**Cashier & Online Order (If needed)**
- Cashiering duties and responsible for any cash shortage during your in charge.
- Ensure order packed is correct and responsible for any shortage and refund accrued to customer.
- Ensure orders are sent out on time. Any delays in food order or items unavailable should be informed with customer s immediately.
- Ensure riders assigned on time for pickup and the record form to be updated all times.
- Ensure all used forms to filed accordingly.
- If riders are unavailable for any reasons, you are to update manager immediately. Do not wait after a long time and then inform the duty manager.
- Handle online sale customer feedback & complaints.
- Checking of all reservation from all platforms.
- Update the reservation book once reservation received and to message customer to confirm the reservation.

**Skills Experience Qualifications**
- At least 6 months prior experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality is preferred
- Proactive and enjoy interactions with customers
- Attention to detail and able to work well in a team
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules as per manager’s request, including weekends, holidays and overtime.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: Up to $2,200.00 per month
