As we expand our digital platforms and consumer offerings, we’re looking for a talented **Product Manager**to lead the strategy and execution of products that bridge content, community, commerce, and PR.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Product Strategy & Vision**:

- Define and evolve the product roadmap aligned with business goals across entertainment, community, merchandise, and PR services.
- Identify market opportunities and user needs through research, data analysis, and close collaboration with internal teams.

**Cross-Functional Execution**:

- Manage end-to-end product development—from ideation to launch—across digital platforms, tools, or services.
- Coordinate closely with design, engineering, operations, marketing, and PR teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

**User Experience & Data**:

- Conduct user interviews, prototype testing, and user journey mapping to improve UX across platforms.
- Establish product KPIs and iterate continuously based on data and feedback.

**PR & Communications Product Integration**:

- Build tools to support internal PR campaigns, media partnerships, and brand activations (e.g., branded microsites, RSVP tools, influencer tracking, media kits).
- Collaborate with the PR team to develop product features that enhance storytelling, campaign performance tracking, and social amplification.

**Commercial & Operational Growth**:

- Oversee development of monetizable product features such as ticketing, CRM, e-commerce, and loyalty programs.
- Evaluate third-party vendors and platform integrations (e.g., payments, analytics, CMS, AI tools) to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role (preferably in startups, media, entertainment, or PR).
- Proven success in shipping digital products and managing cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Jira/Trello, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—proficiency in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
- A natural curiosity and passion for entertainment, digital culture, and brand storytelling.
- Experience working on PR-related tools, influencer campaigns, or media platforms is a strong bonus.
