**Job Title: Senior/Customer Service Assistant**
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist Members and Guests in the usage of the driving range
- Assists Golf-Professionals on the administration of golf lesson bookings and payments
- Records Golf Booking Lessons and Payments on a daily basis
- Assists YGP students on their training schedule, registration, attendance, and issuance of range balls using the concession pre-paid cards
- Answers telephone enquiries on Golf Lessons and any driving range matters
- To do any other job assignments as and when required by Manager
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-secondary education preferred but not required
- At least one year of experience within customer service or retail
- Sound understanding of MS office
- Must be professional and have exceptional manners
- 6 days work week
