Global Managing Partner, Adtech/ Martech

We are now searching for a Global Managing Partner to drive further growth for our company in the area of adtech and martech. The role entails winning new contracts for the company, and then delivering on those contracts in execution. In essence, you’ll be working with our outbound sales team to qualify, sell and close new clients, then build an operating system of sales and marketing capabilities for growth in South East Asia, starting with Singapore, that you build, operate and run. You will have full P&L responsibilities of the companies you operate. The right person will be offered partnership/ equity in the company.

About you
- You have minimum 20 years of experience in digital media and/ or digital marketing
- You have at least 10 years of experience in the C-suite in one or several of the dominant global communications groups (GroupM, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas or similar) across Asia and Scandinavia.
- You have at least 5 years experience as a CEO and you’re comfortable working with constraints while achieving growth.
- You have startup experience, having brought a company from inception to sales, allowing you to understand and model the growth journey for our clients
- The role will deal exclusively with Scandinavian clients. You must have a solid network within Scandinavia from (for example) working or studying there. Fluency in a Scandinavian language is a strong advantage.
- Basic knowledge of one or two south east asian languages is a plus.
- You have a track record of delivery
- You are excited about the prospect of introducing innovative new scandinavian technologies to companies in SEA and beyond
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy presenting to
