**Job Description
1.Tenant Onboarding/Offboarding
- Assist the Leasing Team in preparing the vacant units for viewing with prospective tenants and ensure that the whole experience of the viewing session is seamless
- Monitor and coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure timely handover of vacant units to Tenants

2. Tenant Communication and Feedback Management
- Manage communications with existing tenants (circulars, etc)
- Coordinate dissemination of circulars to tenants where necessary
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for timely resolution of Tenants’ feedback

3. Visitor Management
- Assist with the management of the concierge team
- Provide lobby presence during peak hours to greet and assist tenants and visitors at the concierge

4. Tenant Engagement
- Organise regular check-ins with existing Tenants and serve as an avenue for regular contact
- Responsible for the execution of tenants’ engagement activities or events, including preparation of related publicity and outreach materials
- Conduct regular survey to understand performance gaps and develop improvement plans

**Job Requirements**
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Estate Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar role
- Prior working experience in hospitality, airlines or Grade A commercial property preferred
- Event management and project coordination skills
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, positive disposition, resourceful and good team player
- Good command of English and able to articulate and communicate clearly both verbally and written
- Ability to multi-task, meticulous with an eye for detail
