The day-to-day:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

- Coordinate and manage the complete Returns Material Authorization (RMA) process with a focus on flawless execution.
- Determine and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our returns workflow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and strict adherence to company policies.
- Develop and maintain critical metrics to monitor and improve the performance of the RMA process.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, promoting an inclusive and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with collaborators to address and resolve any issues related to returns.

What you'll need:
- To succeed in this role, you must have:

- Proven experience in managing returns or supply chain processes.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with a diligent approach.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
- The ability to compete in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
