**What you'll be doing**
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team targets
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support demand generation activities
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis and product knowledge

**What we're looking for**
- **1-3 years** of proven experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably within the **sales/new business development** industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively pitch and negotiate
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying leads and closing sales deals
- Excellent time management, organisational and multitasking skills
- Tenacity, resilience and a results-driven mindset
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or a related field is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
