**Job purpose**
The jobholder supports and assists the RN/ENs in the delivery of care to residents in the nursing home in accordance to established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices.

**Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)**:

- Assist in activities & physical exercises with residents
- Transfer of residents
- Meal times
- One-to-one interaction with residents
- Planning of social activities for residents
- Engagement of community partners/ volunteers for social activities
- Observation & reporting of residents’ condition
- Any other duties as assigned by Staff Nurses & Allied Health/CP

**Secondary Responsibilities and duties (20%)**:

- Participates in clinical service projects.
- Participates in infection control campaign activities.

**Qualifications**
For locals - Secondary/Primary education.

**Working conditions**
Ward environment in a Nursing Home

**Physical requirements**
Physically fit
