
Rewards & Loyalty Product Manager

The Rewards & Loyalty Product Manager role is an intermediate level position responsible for the development of product plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position. **Responsibilities**: - Develop detailed rewards redemption-related product requirements and conduct market-readiness evaluations during testing phases to ensure that product quality and performance goals are met. - Participate in technology projects for small rewards redemption-related product enhancements and minor customizations. - Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on product customization projects for rewards and influence decisions through advice, counsel, and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. - Document new rewards redemption-related products and/or changes to existing rewards redemption-related products, ensure smooth business implementation during launch process, and prioritize and validate potentially dynamic material from multiple sources using analytical skills. - Implement team procedures, client problem resolution, and client management processes. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve business issues related to technology projects with significant business impact. - Work closely with various internal stakeholders from Marketing, Digital banking, Legal, and Compliance, O&T, Regional and Global Rewards, and the Decision Management teams for the development and delivery all rewards redemption-related programs across channels and tech enhancements. - Participate in day-to-day rewards redemption-related product management such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results. **Qualifications**: - 5-8 years of experience - in loyalty, product development, finance or related segments. - Working knowledge of strategic direction of the function within the business as well as a solid conceptual/practical grounding in function and/or area of expertise. - Knowledge of industry and competitor products/services. - Ability to work independently and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate. - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication. - Demonstrated analytical skills. - Demonstrated project management skills. - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills **Education**: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Product Management and Development - **Job Family**: Product Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
