Principal Consultant responsibilities include assisting in developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for Meinhardt in the technological sector, working closely with master planner, architect and other disciplinaries, solutions implementation services from planning, design to construction phase, as well as the asset management phase, and research and analysis to produce insights, reports, and advice for clients or for internal use on a range of multidisciplinary questions related to the built environment.

Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Principal Consultant duties will include assisting in hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends in Smart City development projects in the Middle East, South East Asia, and South Asia regions.

He / She shall be responsible for project and advice delivery, research, strategy, and analysis for smart cities, infrastructure, and digital/technology transformation in focus regions in the Middle East, South East Asia, and South Asia. Additionally, He/She shall assist the team internally on matters of technology product management, operations/marketing optimisation, and strategy. He / She is responsible for:
Assisting in the hitting of annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts (in line with the Regional Director’s targets and assignments);
Building, managing and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer and partners relationships, as well as expanding the customer base in the Middle East, South East Asia, and South Asia;
Ensuring successful delivering of digital transformation projects within time and budget, including suitable technology implementations for the client by partnering with the various solution providers in the market and solution architecting to respond to RFI / RFP;
Analysis and production of insights, reports, and other materials for client or internal use pertaining to economic, financial, policy, or other multidisciplinary aspects of smart city/built environment; this will include both quantitative (data science, statistical) and qualitative analysis, as well as research and production of collateral/materials to report findings;
Assisting in product management and solution architecture for Meinhardt technology platforms under development

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in hitting and exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts;
Assist in developing and executing strategic plan to achieve targets and expand customer base;
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer and solution vendors relationships;
Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders to strategically participate in projects;
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives;
Provide advice and support project delivery for digital transformation

Successful delivery of projects and solutions design and implementation;
Research and analysis (quantitative (data science, statistical) and qualitative) to generate reports, insights, and advice for clients or for internal use;
Assist in product management for technology platforms under development;
**Requirements**:
Proven delivery of projects from building to city level;
Proven ability in solution architecting for smart technologies;
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-suites;
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services;
Product management experience for software and technology platforms;
Data science and applied statistics skills and experience—from data collection and wrangling to analysis and visualisation as well as reporting;
Demonstrable experience and thought process as consultancy and solutioning leader in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions;
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; and

Degree in a quantitative field with experience in consulting, research, and analysis and working knowledge of multiple disciplines within and outside the built environment as well as ability to approach problems in a multidisciplinary manner.
