Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Responsibilities**: - Carry out general administrative tasks and support on system related matters in AGMD - Manages budget and expenses in order to achieve AGMD's financial target every fiscal year. - Support the on-boarding and off-boarding processes of AGMD staff in Singapore - Contributes to AGMD's revenue target indirectly by supporting all business line staff - Develops recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation. - Prepares various internal or regulatory reports. **Job Requirements**: - Degree qualified - Analyst level: Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative supports - Associate level: Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative supports - Good communication skills - Good team player and meticulous - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point - Tech-savvy with IT related skills such as macro programming - We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified. _ MUFG Bank Ltd & MUFG Securities Asia Limited (collectively referred to as "MUFG") is an equal opportunity employer.
