**Cost Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans.
- Prepare standard documentation - reports, valuations, letters, financial reports.
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required.
- Analyse tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement.
- Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations.
- Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims.
- Prepare and agree final accounts.

**Requirements**:

- 3-8 years’ experience in quantity survey or cost management.
- Possess a relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably have experience working in the industrial projects or data centre projects.
- Good communication skill.
- Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
