- **What's the gig?**You'll be a key player in making projects happen, from start to finish. Think managing all the behind-the-scenes stuff so clients get awesome experiences.
- **Who do you work with?**Everyone Clients, suppliers, team members—you'll be talking to a lot of different people.
- **Client love is crucial.**You've gotta be good at understanding what clients want and keeping them happy. That means presenting stuff, leading meetings, and being there for on-site visits.
- **Skills you need?**Time management and project management are huge. Plus, being passionate and flexible is a must. You'll be working with other producers to support clients and bring in money.
- **What do you**_do _**?**Help make sure everything—ideas, logistics, tech—hits the mark and stays within budget. And, make sure clients are blown away
- **Your ideas matter.**If you've got a great idea for content or events, we want to hear it. You'll get to work directly with clients and build your account management skills.

**What you'll be accountable for**:

- **Leading the way**:Run things smoothly and guide others.
- **Pitching in**:Help with proposals and cost estimates.
- **Getting it done**:Follow the plan and handle tasks for pre-production and on-site work.
- **Working together**:Collaborate with creative, tech, and senior management teams.
- **Keeping everyone in the loop**:Communicate clearly about everything—responsibilities, budget, schedules, etc.
- **Managing the team**:Oversee other producers and coordinators, making sure tasks get done and things run smoothly.
- **Following the rules**:Stick to company handbooks and processes.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Someone with 6-8 years in the industry.
- Eager to learn and grow, with a good eye for detail.
- Friendly, with a team spirit and confidence.
- Someone who gets project management, organization, and communication.
- Ready to travel around Asia-Pacific.
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Cool under pressure, even with tight deadlines and multiple projects.
