Senior Producer

**The Role**

You are a creatively lead senior producer specializing in production within the broadcast, social, digital and experiential space. This is a full 360 approach from kick-off to storage, reconciliation and debrief.

You ensure all proposed creative concepts can be produced within the specific timeframes and budgets and you work with creative teams to provide guidance and insight during the ideation process with regard to production approaches and solutions.

Organization and process are priorities but never outweigh your creative approach and the creative thinking you bring to your team and the project **.
**Scope**:

- You bring media agnostic creative ideas to life within the timeframe stipulated and the budget allocated.
- You present best production partner options for the project to the creative teams on each project.
- You are the partner to the creative teams or creative leads to help adapt or build on those ideas to make them stronger / production friendly.
- You are able to navigate complex production bidding systems that are bespoke to our different sets of clients.
- You are able to plan and work on different types of production deliverables and are able to propose the most efficient and cost effective solutions to answer the briefs.
- You stay current on best in class partners / vendors, and know how to evaluate appropriate strengths and skills sets, and maintain positive relations with the production community.
- You are expected to lead clients and have production-related conversations directly facilitated by Business Partnership team.

**Requirements**:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in advertising, experiential or branding agencies working across global, regional and local client work.
- Amazing body of work produced that showcased your production skillsets (work should range from films to prints to experiential to events to digital outputs).
- Be the key driver of production projects from start till end and work with the Business Partnership teams to deliver world class work for our clients.
- All the organizational, communications, and project-juggling skills you need in a creative environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Have a great roster of production partners that we can partner with the bring media agnostic ideas to life.
- You are plugged into culture and hungry to produce work that takes over culture.

The salary range for Senior Producer at Forsman & Bodenfors in Singapore is S$9,000 to S$13,000. We seek someone who falls within this range.
