Client Care Executive

We are a leading insurance provider, and we are looking for a highly efficient and proactive Client Care Executive to join our team. As a Client Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will be the go-to person for our sales team, providing them with the support to ensure that the operation runs smooth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence with high efficiency.
- Assist with proposals, contracts, and other key documents to ensure timely completion.
- Keep our CRM system up to date and accurate.
- Be the liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide top-notch customer service.
- Ensure that the team is on track by monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (preferred)
