- Prepare a wide range of **North Indian dishes**such as curries, tandoori items, breads, and rice dishes.
- Operate and maintain **tandoor ovens**and related kitchen equipment.
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with **food hygiene and safety standards**.
- Assist in **menu planning**, portion control, and kitchen inventory management.
- Supervise and support kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal specials.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely service.

**Requirements**:

- At least **5 years of relevant experience**in preparing North Indian cuisine in a restaurant or professional kitchen.
- Proficient in **tandoor cooking**and traditional spice preparation.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as part of a roster.
- Good communication skills.
