The Rewards Club was founded with the mission to enhance the experience of making big ticket purchases. We offer high-value, exclusive rewards for every purchase our members make through us, starting with real estate purchases. The Digital Marketing Analyst Trainee will work with the CEO and Chief Business Development Officer with the rest of the core team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to onboard members and merchants into TRC’s platform. TRC's core team is made up of young, highly-driven and entrepreneurial individuals and places strong emphasis on camaraderie and high performance. Trainee will be playing a significant role in the company.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Work with founders to create a comprehensive marketing plan with The Rewards Co;
- Spearhead the creation of social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and schedule social media postings;
- Work with freelancers on social media content;
- Prepare pitch decks and follow up with external partners;
- Provide exciting ideas for rewards to aid in member acquisition and retention, and;
- Assist with data sorting, data entry, and simple web research to build rewards database.
