**What you are good at**:

- Ability to help clients navigate the TD Ameritrade website with questions on their securities account(s)
- Performing work that is detailed and communicated in a clear, effective manner
- Managing multiple tasks accurately and effectively while maintaining high productivity
- Collaborating with internal partners in a timely and accurate manner in response to inquiries and/or service issues
- Participating in trade shows or seminars
- In constant contact with our internal and external clients to facilitate the processing of time-sensitive cashiering requests of clients as well as provide an exceptional client experience. Key responsibilities may include verification of the requests, processing fund deposit from clients and asset transfers between TD Ameritrade accounts

Assess the dynamic needs of the brokerage operation and provide input and recommendations for process improvement as it relates to current policy, software and systems procedures based on feedback from clients.

**What you have**:

- 4 Year college degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in Brokerage Industry preferred with knowledge of account opening and maintenance, tax, compliance, and cashiering
- Preferred knowledge of how business is conducted within the securities industry. Familiar with requirements set by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the National Futures Association (NFA)
- Microsoft Office is required
- Brokerage Operations Back Office Systems is preferred
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Strong sense of teamwork and collaborative attitude contributing to the overall success of the team
- Ability to manage complex work and be self-directed
- Displays resiliency when facing challenges
