Overview of job

The Management Support Intern will report to the CEO APAC Mindshare. This person will be their trusted partner and the gatekeeper for the CEO and work in tandem to deliver the APAC priories at an operational level. This person can anticipate the needs of the CEO and their leadership team and ensure that all processes and planning is seamless.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Support the CEO with all aspects of clients, capabilities and countries across APAC aiding with preparation and organisation to ensure a seamless experience
- Partner with key leaders to ensure objectives and priorities are tracked and achieved by planning Quarterly Business Reviews
- Organise and plan Townhall meetings working with leaders across APAC to ensure the content and flow of the sessions are fit for purpose
- Partner with CEO office to prepare for all internal and external meetings ensuring reading materials and participants are briefed
- Manage Mindshare APAC social media channels
- Liaise with the global communications team on APAC external PR

Qualifications:

- Effective communication skills including the ability to tell stories using data
- Flexibility to work in a cross-functional team but also have the initiative to problem solve independently
- Initiative; constantly thinking ahead; demonstrating a hands-on approach to all tasks
- Being highly organized and efficient to manage a variety of tasks
- Resilient with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates strong people and team skills
- A good sense of humour with a work hard, play hard attitude
