Responsible for the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Physical Security (PS) of the related JB Singapore premises.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**KEY FEATURES OF THE POSITION**

**Functional / Technical**
- Support and execute the annual BCM lifecycle as per the BCM Framework
- Lead and provide guidance to various departments to review and update their BCM documents, ensuring they are appropriately documented and owned
- Support all BCM lead initiatives within the BCM field, such as BCP and industry wide exercises
- Support Head of BCM and PS, in the areas of BCM, Crisis Management related projects
- Support and manage the day-to-day physical security operations within the Bank, including regular review of security related controls
- Conduct regular clear desk check in accordance with Clear Desk Policy
- After-office hour support may be required to handle emergency situations, in both physical security and BCP/crisis management related matters

**Client Management (internal & external)**
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to oversee and execute the BCM Lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as department BCM coordinators
- Pleasant disposition to be able to interact with all stakeholders
- Good communications and stakeholder management skills

**Business Management**
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support delivery on projects /key initiatives of the organisation
- Organises himself/herself in an efficient and compliant manner and ensures timely and appropriate information to the superior
- Support line manager in implementation of projects and initiatives such as BCM related project, or physical security related projects

**Regulatory Responsibilities &/OR Risk Management**
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviours including but not limited to standards on honesty and integrity, due care and diligence, fair dealing (treating customers fairly), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, adequate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

**Professional and Technical**
- Recognized university degree
- Minimum of 3 years relevant BCM experience
- Strong understanding in Business Continuity Management. Certifications in BCM or disaster recovery (e.g. DRII or BCI) are beneficial but not a must
- Experience of good understanding of incident management is an advantage
- Good understanding of relevant regulatory BCM Guidelines, products, services, process in banks is an advantage but not a must
- Some understanding in physical security
- Administratively competent
