**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Direct and administer all security programmes within Group.
2. Review requests for all exceptions to the Security Management System.
3. Take Responsibility for issuing, managing, and controlling the Security Management System, and update and reissue as required.
4. Maintain the Document Register.
5. Review Site Risk Assessments.
6. Establish and maintain Company procedures for:
i. Implementation of the Corporate Security Policy
ii. The protection of personnel, assets and interests
iii. Security risk management
iv. The safeguarding of commercially classified and security sensitive documentation and information
v. Security contingency planning and preparedness
vi. Information and communications security
vii. Security education, awareness, and training
viii. Compliance to the Corporate Security Manual
7. Manage any requests for changes or exceptions to the Corporate Security Manual and procedures.
8. Report feedback from the Site SMS to the Corporate SMT.
9. Advise and support the Site SMS in performing their security responsibilities.
10. Ensure that all personnel with specific security duties have the appropriate skill sets and competencies and have received appropriate training for their roles.
11. Ensure that security feedback is encouraged and maintained from employees and Business Partners.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Education Level: Degree / Diploma education in Mechanical Engineering, Building, Electrical engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with physical security design and implementation of Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems
- A good team player, possess high level of initiative, hands on, meticulous in details, organized and resourceful
- Strong in communication an interpersonal skill and customer focus
- Able to work independently and resourceful in scope of work
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals regarding physical security standards and designs
- Detail oriented
- Good IT and networking knowledge
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Preferably with own transport
