**Job Duties**:

- Participate in daily early shifts from 06:30 am SIN on a rotation basis
- Be on-call standby for Monday 5 am - 6.30 am SIN early, on a rotation basis
- Regular monthly weekend support of end-of-day batches
- Bank holiday cover, on a rotation basis
- Follow the sun support model with handovers from New York and to London
- Some weekend work (DR drill, post-release check, etc.)
- Ensure all reported incidents are correctly logged, investigated, understood, explained, and followed up to avoid reoccurrence.
- Be involved with: eCommerce client support groups, end-users (Client Services, Marketers, and External clients), Project Manager and Business analysis, Developers, Local and Global Infrastructure groups (DBA, Market Data, Networks, Windows Server), and Auditor, Compliance
- Provide 1st line of Client Facing IT support for in-house Front Office e-Trading (e-commerce) Applications.
- 1st and 2nd line of FX Options IT support for in-house FX Options Applications
- Detail problem/queries Investigation and provide an immediate solution/workaround
- Incident and Problem Management
- System checks
- Application Monitoring
- Configuration, Change, Release management, and testing

**Requirements**:

- Strong SQL: PL/SQL, Oracle
- Understanding of Market Data mechanisms
- Familiarity with FIX, TCP/IP, TIBRV, MQSeries, and other middleware, Python, Java
- Knowledge of using Windows and Linux
- Familiarity with alerting tools like Scada
- Familiarity with dashboard tools like Power BI, Splunk Dashboard, Dynatrace
- Familiarity with scripting using Windows commands, Java Script, Excel macros, Python
- Outspoken and client-facing support/communication experience
- Strong interest in Electronic Trading markets/Financial Technologies
