We are looking for a Key Account Manager (Food) with relevant job exposure to join our team to help us on our mission.

**About the Company**:
Alchemy Foodtech is a Singapore-based food technology company with a mission to “Empower Tasty Healthier Meals” to help reduce the incidence and improve the management of chronic diseases such as diabetes. Our product, Alchemy Fibre, is a patented fibre blend that is proven to make carbs healthier. Alchemy Foodtech is currently retailing our products in supermarkets and online grocers, and working with established F&B establishments, retailers, and manufacturers to create healthier foods for consumers.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan sales strategy and leads.
- Work with and manage distributors, offering training and guidance, and prepare documents needed.
- Manage and network with top management of key potential clients and existing clients.
- Prepare and plan, forecast to achieve sales target.
- Analyze data on past performance and project future growth.
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve customers' service expectations.
- Coordinating with the Marketing team on marketing and activation plans.
- Manage and groom sales team
- Representing the company at official occasions, networking sessions, and negotiations.
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with both company and legislation laws.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder with at least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Must be experienced in F&B industry.
- A high-performing leader who is result-oriented with strong communication and decisive decision-making.
- Strong resilience and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion to drive sales and product strategy to achieve targets.
- Innovative and in tune with the market and product trend.
- Problem solver and ability to multi-task and result-oriented.
- Independent and solution-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
