99.co is looking for a Head of Product Design to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry forward. You’ll lead our growing design and user research team who creates products that serve a multitude of challenges through innovation.

**What you’ll do**:

- Help manage to our cross-platform design system, scaling and growing it according to needs of designers, engineers and best practices
- Guide and help grow our user research and design teams through hiring and onboarding
- Participate in weekly design critiques, presenting work and offering best practice and user-research based feedback to fellow designers
- Lead designers through career progression frameworks, conducting performance reviews and 1:1s
- Work with PMs and leadership to fulfil business goals while keeping in mind optimal user experience and evangelizing for good design
- Be the face of design at 99co, promoting our design team and speaking at events

General requirements:

- At least 3 years experience leading a design team
- Excellent English skills
- Proven leadership skills in a startup or larger environment
- Excellent cross-team communication and stakeholder management skills
- Past experience leading a team of designers
- Fluent in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience running full scale user research sessions
