**We’re Hiring: Head of Design - Rently SG**

Are you a design leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to scale design from strategy to execution? Do you want to help shape a product that’s removing rental barriers and improving how people find and move into homes in Singapore and beyond?

At Rently Singapore, we’re redefining renting through a digital platform that offers deposit-free rentals, giving tenants greater flexibility and landlords greater confidence. As we continue expanding in Singapore and the UAE, we’re looking for a Head of Design to lead our design function, drive product and UX excellence, and build a team that puts users at the heart of everything we do.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead end-to-end UX and product design across multi-country platforms (e.g., Singapore, UAE) while building and growing the Singapore-based design team
- Own and execute the UX strategy for both consumer-facing and internal tools, aligning design priorities with business goals
- Design and optimize marketplace experiences for tenants, landlords, and agents, across both mobile and web platforms
- Manage the company’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across digital products, growth campaigns, and major product launches
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team to deliver cohesive and scalable user experiences
- Champion a design-driven culture of experimentation, inclusivity, and user-centric thinking across the organization

**Who You Are**:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to build, grow, and manage high-performing design teams
- Strong portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and hands-on design leadership
- Deep understanding of product development processes and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all level
