Head of Product Design Location: Singapore Key Responsibilities Architect a cohesive, global design system that ensures a seamless platform experience, delighting users and driving deep engagement across our product suite. Own the end‑to‑end design strategy and execution. Transform multi‑year product roadmaps into a clear design vision that directly supports Syfe’s market leadership journey. Drive design innovation by identifying new user experience opportunities, experimenting with original, ambitious concepts, and bringing them to life. Lead and inspire: hire, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of product designers and UX researchers, fostering a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and design excellence. Scale across APAC: evolve and adapt the user experience for existing markets in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia, navigating regulatory, cultural, and competitive landscapes. Be the voice of the user: partner strategically with Product and Engineering leaders, ensuring the user perspective is powerfully integrated across the product lifecycle. What We Need Experience in product design, 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/Head of Product Design). Proven expertise in building and scaling design orgs & systems, leading user research initiatives, and strong portfolio of best‑in‑class product design work. Direct experience within B2C fintech industry a plus; wealth/investment tech bonus. Experience reporting to and partnering directly with C‑level/VP leadership to shape business strategy. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. Come As You Are.
