We are one of the largest DC operators in Singapore with 7 DCs, carrying a combined capacity of 70 MW, with further plans to build more.

As a Data Centre Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and aligning with ST Dynamo SG's growth and goals. You will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing tenders to achieve the most competitive rates for required purchases in support of business, project, and operation needs.

**What will your typical day look like?**
- Responsible for the timely planning, preparation, execution and management of tenders to support projects needs in Capital Expenditures.
- Liaise with Corporate Procurement team to manage governance, project procurement process, ensuring that all stages including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection, management approval paper and contract preparation are performed effectively.
- Responsible for tender documentation and administration.
- Perform cost benchmarking, life cycle costing and/or total cost of ownership computation.
- Responsible for contract review, documentation, administration and negotiation.
- Responsible for proper management of post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
- Liaise with the service users to resolve any commercial, change orders, cost variation and contract issues.
- Guide and review the end-to-end tender and procurement process for consultancy/ construction/ renovation works to ensure that works & services are evaluated and procured in a fair and transparent manner and in compliance with corporate policies.
- Manage tenders for overseas projects.
- Responsible for risks evaluation during tender.
- Reviewing claims by prepared by consultants of all contractors for approval.
- Work with legal and procurement team actively supporting the project in procurement and contracts.

**Is this you?**
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction or Equivalent
- Have fundamental knowledge in quantity surveying
- Must be familiar with either Fidic’s or JCT (i.e. Joint Contracts Tribunal) contracts
- Good experience with regional procurement
- Familiar with the planning, preparation, execution of tenders
- Good knowledge of cost management & risk
- Knowledge in Data Centres would be a bonus
- Good learning attitude
