What You Will Be Working On Participate in designing and modernisation of data centre infrastructure; Manage data centre operations, which include formulation and assessment of KPIs, capacity planning, usage management etc; Coordinate with stakeholders during incident response and remediation of issues Manage data centre modernisation and technology upgrade projects; Manage data centre maintenance contracts; Provide technical consultancy to stakeholders regarding project on-boarding; Review and refine existing workflows as part of on-going digital transformation for Data Centre operation; Explore new technologies and solutions to improve operational efficiency and physical security of data centre. What We Are Looking For Degree or diploma in engineering or ICT disciplines, or equivalent competencies will be preferred. 2 years of working experience in data centre operation and / or facility management will be advantageous. Applicants with no experience may apply.
