**The Role**

We’re on the hunt for a Finance Accounts Senior Manager —someone who can keep the books tight, the budgets smart, and the leadership informed.

You’ll be the brains behind the books— managing, merging, and making sense of financials across multiple businesses. You will journey through M&A transitions, funky revenue models, and startup unpredictability—with accuracy and a flair for the extraordinary. You’ll provide structure, clarity, and top-tier reporting to help leadership make bold decisions, backed by solid data.

This isn’t just accounting. This is _accounting with purpose, style, and a little mischief_.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Prepare** financial reports, statements, and management accounts that don’t suck
- **Maintain** ledgers, chase reconciliations, and make the numbers behave
- **Oversee and unify** our financial books across diverse entities (we’ve got more personalities than a drama club)
- **Merging books**from acquired or spun-out entities like a backstage tech at a rock concert—seamlessly and stress-free (ish)
- **Navigate the weirdness** of working with unconventional revenue models, unusual industries, and “is this even legal?” kind of questions (yes, it is)
- **Build and innovate our financial processes** using tools and ideas that make _actual _sense, not just because “that’s how it’s always been done”
- **Build** **budgets** and forecasting models that help us dream big—but spend smart
- **Juggle audits, compliance, and tax**like a cool cucumber—all without killing the vibe
- **Collaborate closely** with other eccentric minds—ops, BD, marketing, etc.—to keep the money flowing, and the chaos organized
- **Communicate insights** like a human, not a calculator. Present financials in a way that makes sense to non-finance humans (esp. our founders)

**Key Skills & Attributes**
- **8+ years of finance/accounting experience**, and **you’re still not boring**:

- Have a glorious history of managing statements, reports, and epic budget meetings
- Familiar with mergers, consolidations, and non-traditional business structures
- **Merged books** before without losing your mind, or your sense of humour
- Ideally have **SME and multi-entity experience**, maybe even across different industries (we like variety)
- Can **explain financials to creatives** without making their eyes glaze over
- **Analytical yet tactical**—you _see_ beyond the numbers
- **Strategic**, but you’ll also roll up your sleeves and dive into the numbers
- Confident, **collaborative**, and comfortable working in unconventional settings
- Cool under pressure, creative with cash flow, and might just name your spreadsheets
- Tech-savvy, **process-smart**, and detail-obsessed (but also fun)
- Experience working with DTC, media, retail, or brand-led businesses will be a plus
