**Responsibilities**: - Attend to walk in customer, logging in Gear Reporting - Ensure correct classification of type of accident repairs based on barometer of Liability Chart (BOLA) guidelines - Arrange surveyors to inspect damaged vehicle - Represent customer to negotiate with insurers on the insurance coverage and repair cost - Finalize the repair cost with surveyor and send LOD to insurers - Coordinate and administer paperwork and invoicing of the repairs to customers and insurers **Job Requirements**: - Minimum "O" Level or NITEC in Automotive Engineering - At least 2 years of relevant job experiences in automotive claims - Good communication skills - Computer knowledge is preferred.
