Passionate about cars and helping people? We are seeking a skilled Automotive Assessor - help customers navigate repairs with confidence and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement

    Attend to walk-in customers and assist with accident reporting.

Provide professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customers.

Log gear reporting details accurately into the system.
- Claims Classification

Assess and classify accident repair types using the Barometer of Liability Chart (BOLA) guidelines.
- Survey Coordination

Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspections with appointed surveyors.
- Insurance Negotiation

Represent customers in discussions with insurers regarding coverage and repair costs.

Finalize the repair cost with the surveyors.
- Documentation & Communication

Prepare and send Letter of Demand (LOD) to insurers.

Administer all paperwork related to repairs, costing, claims, and invoicing for customers and insurers.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle repair and repair estimates
  • Basic troubleshooting skills to identify common vehicle faults and repair needs
  • Must possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
