Position’s **essential** requirements
- Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in handling computers with basic IT skills in MS office.
- At least Diploma / GCE ‘A’ Levels or equivalent professional qualifications (exception applies for ‘O’ Level applicants with experience)
- Have strong analytical ability and possess flair in writing.
- Preferably should have been trained and worked on Access Control, CCTV and Fire Suppression systems.

Operations Specialists work in a team structured 24 hours command center and are responsible for answering phone calls related to emergencies, life safety, asset protection, security or criminal issues and assist employees and vendors with general information requests. Incidents reported to SOACC may result in impact to Bank of America’s employees, customers or facilities and Operations Specialists mitigate immediate threats by providing swift engagement of appropriate local resources. Operations Specialists adhere to Bank of America procedures while monitoring and reacting to life safety and burglar alarms activations in Bank of America facilities equipped with alarm and DVR CCTV equipment. Provides investigative support on security/safety incidents as directed by PSMs/RSMs. Provides input to SOACC Intelligence & Analysis team as events/incidents are reported in. Conducts additional SOACC operational support as directed.

As the Operations Specialist for APAC SOACC, you play a pivotal part in proactively engaging leaders and employees while responding to worldwide safety and security needs 24 / 7 / 365. In APAC SOACC, have a team of Operations Specialists of diverse ethnicity to engage all staff within the 11 APAC countries in our remit. In terms of career prospect in the organization, there will be development opportunities from Protective Services, Security Technology, Life Safety, Intelligence Analysis, and other exciting programs from Global Corporate Security.

**What you will do**
- Manage CCTV and alarm transactions in Asia Pacific (APAC) Region.
- Monitoring of Access Control, CCTV and Fire Safety & Suppression systems in the Fire Command Center as required, report incidents and facilitate response activity.
- Manage Photo ID badging activity, security access card issues, provisioning, and de-provisioning of access.
- Monitoring of security situations and occurrences in APAC.
- Manage and coordinate any security assignment in Corporate Security, as and when required by the Corporate Security Manager.
- Conduct regular audit checks on security processes and procedures for the purpose of continuous improvement.
