Senior Security Officer

**Responsibilities**
1) Conduct regular checks and inspection of buildings/offices.
2) Support in executing security & safety arrangements and measures of planned events.
3) Assist in issuance of security access card.
4) Maintain access control of buildings/offices.
5) Handling Vehicle Management System (VMS) with proper record of issuance for internal and external vendors/visitors.
6) Reporting any non-compliance to Security Operations Manager (SOM).
7) Respond in a timely manner in the event of fire outbreak, criminal acts, and terrorist attacks etc and submit incident report to SOM and assist in security investigation if required.
8) Assist SOM and Regional Security Manager on security related matters.
9) Perform security duties at assigned locations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 'O' levels is required.
- Experience in providing physical security services within large, complex organization.
- Experience in Finance Services Sector is an added advantage.
- Can speak fluent English with good communication skills in both spoken and written.
- Must have minimum (2) years of operating experiences in security officer experience.
- Must have valid SPF PLRD licence (with RTT).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Trained in firefighting & evacuation procedures and first-aid.
- 8 hours rotation shift
