**Overview**

We are seeking security professionals or individuals who are new to the security industry to join our team as a Security Officer. The team is focused on provisioning professional security services to achieve a high level of safety & security to protect our client’s employees, clients, visitors, reputation, information and assets, and including overseeing other assigned countries within the region. The primary job scope of a Security Officer is to be responsible and ensure the highest standard of security operations (24/7) for our client.

**Roles & Responsibilities (Will include but are not limited to)**:

- Managing physical as well as system-based access control on a Corporate level for Singapore Office. Some knowledge of ‘Chinese wall’ policies would be advantageous.
- Regular patrolling of client premises, ensuring access doors are in good functioning order.
- Conduct investigations (if required) on disturbances, security breaches, suspicious behaviour.
- Monitoring of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), also known as video surveillance in and outside of region
- Monitor and manage incident alert and response platforms 24/7 to identify, establish, assess, and escalate to supervisor/management accordingly.
- Write and prepare reports of daily activities and irregularities. Preparing reports of statistical reference to security operations.
- Inspect and ensure integrity of security systems, other associated equipment to ensure smooth operational use.
- Ensure that Client assets/property are protected from any form of sabotaging or theft.
- Coordinate and work closely with other region control rooms on security operations across the APAC region.
- Respond and handling of local and regional alarms (varying natures).

**Requirement**
- Min GCE N/O levels. NTC/ITC, Fresh Poly/UNI Graduates
- 1-3yrs experience in security preferred
- Good proficiency of spoken and written English
- Hardworking and positive attitude with polite and pleasant demeanour
- Must be computer literate with good PC knowledge. Able to use basic Office software (Words/Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently & multi-task administratively/physically, work rotating shifts schedule, able to display fortitude and grace under pressure
- Good administrative skills to handle daily administrative reports, access reports, multiple tasks simultaneously
- Possess valid security license and Occupational First Aid Course (OFAC) certification.
