1. Role Description
Your are responsible for evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Modifying current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed and monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
2. Specific Responsibilities
- Constantly upgrade and enhance the HR capabilities and ensure that the company’s HR capabilities are in line with the industry practices and implemented in a fair manner
- Involved in the recruitment process by posting of job advertisement through various channels and to coordinate with the Hiring Manager for selection process
- Implementation of HR processes (e.g. performance appraisal, salary, bonus, promotion, benefits review)
- In-charge of training & development of programme, career path design for the employees
- Manage employees’ HR related queries and handle disciplinary matters
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience

- Best practices in performance management & market trends pertaining to performance management
Selection Management
- Relationship between selection strategies and other human resource and organisational strategies & models, tools, methods used in selection
