**Job Responsibilities include**:

- Lead the Singapore Local Corporate team. Accelerate the relationship management as a global relationship manager for coverage of Singapore Local Corporate clients.
- Drive execution of corporate financing transactions for the corporate clients. Coordinate the global RM teams in deal origination, structuring and execution of corporate and non-recourse structured financing transactions including C-suite dialogues, credit assessment, documentation and portfolio monitoring.
- Work closely with product partners to facilitate client engagements and idea generation. Ensure that we effectively leverage on our global network to deliver the best solutions and practices to our clients.

**Job Requirements**:

- Undergraduate/Master degree from leading universities.
- Professional qualifications are advantageous e.g. ACA, CFA, MBA.
- Minimum 13 or more years’ experience as a member of the marketing and deal teams at leading global Banks, with a focus on corporate, acquisition and structured finance, real estate sector knowledge and cross-products solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong credit knowledge, financial analysis and modelling skills, and attention to details.
- General understanding of various banking functions and products.
- Strong partnership and collaborative skills. Ability to work together across internal departments (i.e. debt capital markets, credit division, etc.) and various branches/ HQ both regionally and globally to execute local or cross border transactions.
- A strong team player that is able to work in a large organisation and fast-paced environment; takes initiatives and is a creative thinker and a proactive idea generator.
