Senior / HR & Payroll Officer (Immd)

**Full Spectrum of Payroll Processing Exp (For less than 60 headcounts)**:
- **HR Support**:
- **Admin Support**
**Job Scope**:
- Handle monthly payroll processing including CPF, income tax, government claims, etc
- Provide HR administrative support
- Handling medical benefits & scheme and arrange annual medical checkup
- Manage on-boarding, off-boarding, insurance administration & renewal, etc
- Work pass administration
- Administration of HR system (Unit4/BIPO)
- Update organization charts, furnish data for surveys
- Handling of corporate card matters
- Process business trip claims
- Support for crisis management such as Business Continuity Plan & Emergency Response Management as well as handling of emergency kits
- Fire drill preparation & arrangement, updates of emergency contact, safety confirmation exercise
- Organize & coordination of company’s event
- Assist in other ad-hoc admin duties including courier service, procurement, office leasing & related matters
**Requirements**:
- Possess a **Diploma / GCE O Levels**:
- Possess **minimum 2 - 4 years’ of Payroll Processing** experience
- Knowledge & experience in HR laws & regulations
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal & communications skills
- Detailed-oriented & meticulous, able to multi-task
- Able to commence work immediately or with short notice is advantageous
