Accept Sales Orders from customers, verify delivery date and provide order confirmation to customers.
- Manage customers’ expectations by clearly communicating team's commitment to customer and providing prompt updates to customers.
- Proactively attend to customer’s request/feedbacks and challenges in a professional manner.
- Monitor orders on regular basis and assist in forecasting for Planners through regular meetings.
- Obtain and share customers’ feedback with colleagues and other departments to improve product and service.
- Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Manage the operational sales activities through Outstanding Order Report with Customers.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in MRP system preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Able to stay calm, work well under pressure and manage feedback.
- Has initiative, is organised and able to meet delivery schedule
- Singaporeans Only.
