Account Executive

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Executive (CCTV/ Access) to manage and grow a portfolio of valued clients. In this role, you'll build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.
As the main point of contact, you'll deliver tailored solutions, address issues promptly, and work strategically to drive account growth. If you have strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service — we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide tailored security solutions to meet customers' unique needs.
• Manage the customer payment cycle by coordinating with customers and the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely quotations to support the sales process.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and effective problem-solving.
• Ensure that customer feedback is captured and communicated to management for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the company's systems.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in a relevant field.
• Preferably have experience as an Executive in the CCTV or access control industry; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
