**About Our Client**:
Global Tech firm.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing until onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct sourcing, to attract and engage qualified IT professionals
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and technical team members
- Negotiate and prepare job offers, working closely with hiring managers and HR
- Conduct reference check and background check
- Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the IT industry and share insights with the team
- Partner with the marketing team to leverage digital marketing strategies and channels to enhance employer brand visibility
- Plan and participate in industry events, career fairs, and networking activities to promote the company's employer brand
- Create job descriptions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Assist manager on ad hoc recruitment duties
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
- 5 years experience as a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a focus on IT recruitment and corporate talent acquisition
- In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills required in the system integration industry
- Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Familiarity with IT sourcing techniques and tools, such as job boards, LinkedIn etc
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations
