**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
1. Provide psychological assessment and therapy to individuals, both children and adults, who may be experiencing emotional distress and with mental health concerns arising from marital, parenting or family issues
2. Provide psychological assessment and therapy to help couples, families and individuals to resolve conflict and improve their relationships
3. Provide assessment and therapy to children and adolescents with emotional and behavioural needs
4. Consult, implement and support programme evaluate efforts.
5. Perform administrative duties relevant to clinical practice
**Requirements**:
1. Educational qualifications
- A recognised Masters’ degree in Psychology from an accredited university. The programme must include a supervised practicum and supervised training in psychological assessment and intervention
- Be eligible for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) (Full Membership) and Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)
2. Knowledge and experience
- (preferred) 3 years of relevant experience working with families
- (preferred) Familiarity or prior working experience in the social services sector
3. Other qualities
- Strong interpersonal skills, good report psychological writing skills and be able to integrate well within a multidisciplinary team
- Resilient and passionate to individual and family work in the community
- Energised with new set ups and forging of new partnerships
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team
- Fluency in local languages
