**Chief of Staff to Co-CEO**

Position Type: Full-time / Hybrid

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Act as the Co-CEO’s strategic partner, optimizing their time and driving efficiency across priorities.
- Lead and manage the Co-CEO Office team to ensure seamless daily operations and effective cross-functional coordination.
- Design and execute operational plans for the Co-CEO Office in alignment with company objectives, setting clear goals and priorities.
- Represent the Co-CEO in selected meetings and projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and company vision.
- Oversee performance and development within the Co-CEO Office team, identifying growth opportunities and skill gaps.
- Prepare high-quality materials for executive meetings, including presentations, briefing documents, and reports.
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support the Co-CEO and the objectives of the office.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Higher degree required; PhD is a plus. A strong technical background is essential (solid education in mathematics, computer science, or software development). Experience with Higher Education sector will be a plus.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams, ideally in the business sector.
- Several years of experience in a similar role, strategic consulting, or administrative functions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
- Committed to problem-solving and handling challenging issues.
- Additional language skill in German will be a plus to liaise with business associates in Germany.
