We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team and provide support to the CEO of Singapore.
As the Chief of Staff reporting directly to the CEO, you will contribute significantly to the overall success and efficiency of the organization. This role demands a strategic thinker, an exceptional communicator, and a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate and address the needs of the CEO and executive team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Key Strategic Projects Execution**:

- Drive key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals by overseeing the Quarterly Business Review process as a Project Management Officer.
- Work closely with the CEO to lead the country's strategic initiatives on Diversity & Inclusion. (in the Internal job post: to specify ‘Gender balance/women in leadership’)

**2. Communication Liaison**:

- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage internal communication on the progress of the country’s key strategic projects and take ownership of the Townhall meetings
- Prepare correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO including leading our PR and external communication

**3. Meeting and Event Management**:

- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate executive-level meetings and national events like Closing and Launching (kickoff) meetings, Shareholding meetings, project meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document key discussions, and follow up on action items to drive accountability.

**Requirements**:

- Perfect command of English language, both written and spoken;
- Storytelling skills to convey complex ideas in an engaging manner.
- Knowledge of agile methodology
- Additional advantage.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and effectively prioritize tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Vital and passionate about sport.
