Department Product Management- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeThe Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. - Responsible for designing, building up and improving safety system for digital ads, both on compliance system and anti fraud structure;
- Develop, maintain and improve ads content safety and anti fraud policies, translating and reflecting platform risks in a comprehensive and accurate approach;
- Drill down on specific safety issues, proactively explore potential areas;
- Design and enforce effective solutions to various risky issues;
- Work with relevant stakeholders on routine and key projects, ensure a full and high level delivery;
- Design and develop key safety features, platforms, constantly upgrade them according to business requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors' Degree or above, 3-5 years experiences in digital ads security and anti fraud area;
- Strong logic thinking, strong analytical skills, good master of all sorts of analytical tools;
- Quick respondent to issues, able to sense and summarize the key points of known and unknown problems;
- Strong project management, always give high level deliverables;
- Strong cross-team communications, resilient to pressures, detail oriented.
